The long delayed second location of European-style bakery and cafe Swissbäkers is now projecting a late January/early February debut, with production at the 14,000 sq. ft. space rumored to be starting next Friday. As with the first store, it'll be focusing on freshly baked handmade products with no artificial ingredients or additives. Menu items will include fat-free bread loaves (pajazzo), rolls and pretzels, and breakfast and lunch items like quiche, build-your-own sandwiches, cookies and more. The soon-to-open flagship will also feature outdoor seating, an area for children (prime for birthday parties) and a fireplace [via Grubstreet].
