If you've dined out in Chicago, you've likely been to one of Paul Kahan's restaurants. From small plates at Avec to tacos at Big Star, the chef has helped define the city's restaurant scene for over a decade. And now, as part of MasterCard's Priceless Chicago program, he'll cook for you at an intimate 12-person dinner. On January 29 at 7:30 PM, the maestro of meats will prepare a tasting menu at the chef's table of his butcher shop/eatery combo Publican Quality Meats. There will be charcuterie, handmade breads, cheese, seafood and noteworthy dishes, along with wine pairings. Tickets are $150, and you can get them here.
