We've spent more than our share of nights gorging on fries at relaxed SoHo eatery Jo's, but now our midnight snack is more likely to be lamb pho. The restaurant just announced a new menu by chef Andrew Pressler. He cut his chops (and his crispy pork ribs) at Fatty Crab and Fatty 'Cue, and he has used that experience to create a completely new menu at the SoHo mainstay, with a focus on Southeast Asian cuisine. In addition to the ho there is a bahn-mi-inspired burger, veggie dumplings and mushroom ramen. The decor has stayed the same, as have the cheap alcoholic beverages - there are bottles of wine available at a 1x markup. The decor of the laid-back space hasn't changed (264 Elizabeth St.; 212-966-9640).
