Executive chef Nolan N. Green, who hails from Chicago farm-to-table eatery The Monkey’s Paw, is focusing on American classics with a twist, such as short rib shepherd’s pie, chicken pot Wellington, steak frites, Atlantic salmon with miso glaze, as well as a selection of wings, burgers, sandwiches, salads and appetizers. Prices range from $6 for appetizers and up to $22 for entrees.
The 6,000 sq. ft. dining room features a 64-seat bar, 140-seat dining room with tables and banquettes, and 22 HD flat screens to catch the game du jour.
Distinctive Hospitality Group, which was originally invoved with Bokx 109 American Prime, is behind this concept.
SkyBokx 109 will be open nightly for dinner starting at 4 PM Monday through Friday; and opening at noon Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant closes at midnight most nights except Thursday and Friday when it’s open until 1 AM.
