Eater SF hears from a tipster who reportedly snagged an Opentable reservation for the hotly anticipated reopening of
Saison for early January. However, the restaurant phoned the employee to tell them that the opening date has been pushed back until February. But a call to the restaurant just now confirms that they are
currently "projecting" a January 15th opening and that reservations are currently available from that date onward. Case closed?
