Since it's National Spaghetti Day today, we thought of one place where the pasta is just as beautiful on the walls as it is on the plate: Maximilliano. No, no one's throwing the pasta against the wall to see if it sticks for doneness, sillies. But a mural at Andre Guerrero's Highland Park "kinda old-school Italian" spot does look like artful strands of hanging spaghetti. It's almost as lovely as this spaghetti puttanesca dotted with capers, olives and fresh basil, which according to Facebook, is a newer dish on the menu. But you can still get a good ol' plate of red-sauced spaghetti, maybe the top all covered in cheese. Just watch your poor meatball.
