Oh my. When Lucques executive pastry chef Christina Olufson (one of our fab 30 Under 30 celebrants last year) wants to celebrate New Year's Eve, she apparently does it with layers of ice cream, cake and pools of chocolate sauce and caramel. This deliciousness was a part of the Coconaut Grove dinner at Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne's Melrose restaurant on Monday, and there is no doubt that we would've wanted that on our big send off to another year. We're just sorry we missed it. But Olufson, give us about six weeks (ok, maybe days) - this is exactly what we'll be craving when we fall off the resolution wagon.
