The new locale is larger than the original, seating upwards of 60 people and features a full liquor bar and sushi bar. The larger venue also allows for a broader menu, which includes more hot dishes served as small plates. “We want to be more than a sushi restaurant,” says owner Tim Panagopoulos.
Along with sushi, the menu includes many dishes that include dashi, a Japanese stock, along with skewers and specialties such as kurobuta pork kakuni - Berkshire pork simmered in soy sauce, daikon, egg and spinach.
Osushi Cambridge is open Tuesday through Sunday, 11:30 AM-2:30 PM; dinner 5-11 PM, open until midnight Thursday through Saturday, with the bar open until 2 AM. Closed Monday.
