| LA's 30 Under 30 Class of 2012 |
Last year we launched our inaugural
30 Under 30 list identifying the hottest up-and-comers defining the next wave of culinary greatness in our fair city, as well as in
New York,
San Francisco,
Chicago and
Boston. We even feted them with a splashy
party. The spotlight lands again in Los Angeles soon, and we're looking for a new roster of those young-gun chefs, sommeliers, barmen and women, general managers, owners, foodie entrepreneurs and hospitality experts rising above the pack.
