You'll slurp a slew of globally inspired bowls, including Din Tai Fung's beef noodle soup, Tsujita's tsukemen and Rodded's Thai duck soup. Chef Andre Guerrero (The Oinkster, Maximiliano) adds his Filipino chicken soup, David LeFevre (MB Post) is bringing brisket and oxtail pho, the Seoul Sausage guys will make Korean budae jigae, and host chef Tony DiSilva will make his own Korean noodles.
