New Head Chef at Le Cercle Introduces a Dedicated Beef Menu

Michael Gray, the former sous chef at award-winning Club Gascon in West Smithfield has been promoted to head chef of Le Cercle, the lounge and sister restaurant in Chelsea.

Gray (who has also worked in the kitchen at Altitude in Sydney and Le Caprice) marks his arrival at the French restaurant with a new dedicated Beef menu - also known as the Beef Club. You'll find dishes including a classic tartare, beef burger, rib eye and sirloin on the a la carte menu - all served with a green leaf salad and homemade fries.
