We've all seen our fair share of primetime exposés and
NY Times trend pieces about dumpster diving - chronicling the late night adventures of anti-consumerist "freegans." But now one Austrian TV show is taking the bizarre subculture next levs with a reality show entitled
Waste Cooking, (which hit the airwaves in December) in which divers whip up impressive culinary creations with wasted food they find in the garbage. Check out a clip of the show complete with its own theme song above. It's in German but the visuals speak for themselves. [via
