Modern Pantry's Anna Hansen Named Harrods Chef of the Season

There is plenty to look forward to this year, but one of the first dates we are adding to our diary in 2013 is February 6, when Anna Hansen from Modern Pantry takes over as guest chef at Harrods for three months.

The chef proprietor of the Clerkenwell restaurant is the latest in a series of high profile chefs to team up with the London department store, and will offer a range of takeaway meals in the famous food hall. On the menu: rose marinated poussin with roast plums and rose yoghurt, Harrods jasmine tea-soaked salmon with black garlic, liquorice and macadamia crust and tomatillo salsa, as well as rosewater and sour cherry chocolate brownies and more.

A range of Modern Pantry condiments and breads will also be on sale, in addition to wines and some of the more exotic spices and ingredients used in the restaurant.
