Legal Sea Foods Expands, Changes Locale at Terminal C in Logan

Legal Sea Foods is moving to new larger digs in Logan International Airport and reopening this Wednesday, January 9.

The all-day menu by executive chef Rich Vellante features New England seafood classics and signature Legal dishes, such as the New England clam chowder ($6.95) and crab combo (one jumbo lump crab cake, grilled shrimp, scallops, mustard sauce, seasonal salad; $28.95). New items, such as popcorn shrimp with kettle corn and Sriracha butter; $9.95) are also part of the mix.

The Boston-based seafooder chain has been operating before the security checkpoint at Terminal C for close to 20 years. The new location will be beyond the security checkpoint, in a 2,600-sq. space that will boast a 27-seat full bar with bar stools that will be designed to stash carry-on bags underneath - now that’s smart design. The 54 seat dining room space will have banquettes and more that will have views outside and of the tarmac.

The restaurant will open at 6 AM, daily, and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner; 617-568-2800.
