Judge Rules in Favor of Anti-Contraception Domino's Founder

Right before Christmas, news broke that Domino's founder Tom Monaghan, a devout Catholic, had filed suit against the U.S. government for requiring employers to cover contraception as part of their health plans (under the new Obamacare mandate). The matter went before U.S. District Judge Lawrence Zatkoff on Sunday who granted Monaghan's emergency motion for a temporary restraining order until a final decision is made in the case. (The mandate would have taken effect Tuesday.) Although Monaghan sold Domino's in 1998, he listed Domino Farms as a plaintiff in the case. [via AP]
