Japanese Haggis at Chrysan

Burns Night - the annual celebration held in honour of the Scottish poet Robert Burns - is usually spent eating traditional food like haggis and Scotch whiskey.

London restaurants have been known to jump on board with special Burns Night Supper menus and this year even the oriental restaurants want to join in the celebration. Last week we told you about Min Jiang's haggis dim sum and today Chrysan - the award-winning Japanese restaurant - is launching their own Asian crossover Burns Night menu. Book now to try Japanese haggis with dashi turnip, sour cream and Yamazaki whisky sauce or chicken and leek soup with ginger sauce.
