Fans of the University City staple HubBub Coffee Truck should note that soon you won't have to be near campus to get your fix. Come January 14, owner Drew Crockett will be opening the first brick and mortar location in Center City, offering coffee and espresso from purveyors like ReAnimator and Stumptown. Expect a local emphasis, with partners such as Philly Compost and Wash Laundry Cycle, along with milk and baked goods from other area businesses. Floor-to-ceiling windows will allow in light and give it an airy feel, while subway tiles, steel accents and reclaimed wood will create a modern yet rustic vibe. WiFi will be available (of course), and in the warmer months, there are plans for outdoor seating (Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5 PM; 1717 Arch Street, 215-665-1982).
