Heirloom Hosts Puglia-Themed Dinner on February 19

Just in time for Italian Week comes word that Heirloom in Chestnut Hill will be continuing its culinary collaboration series with Aliza Green, who'll be arranging a dinner based on recipes from Puglia, Italy on February 19. The cookbook author and chef will be working with Al Paris on a four-course meal that includes classics such as roasted stuffed peppers, cavatelli with lamb ragu and a ruby grapefruit crostata.
