Italian Week comes word that
Heirloom in Chestnut Hill will be continuing its culinary collaboration series with Aliza Green, who'll be arranging a dinner based on recipes from Puglia, Italy on February 19. The cookbook author and chef will be working with Al Paris on a four-course meal that includes classics such as roasted stuffed peppers, cavatelli with lamb ragu and a ruby grapefruit crostata.
