Happy 5th Birthday, Byron!

“We started Byron because we couldn’t find anywhere in London which reminded us of the simple, classic hamburgers we’d enjoyed in the States," says founder Tom Byng. "We decided to do one thing and do it properly. Five years and 27 restaurants later, nothing much has changed - our short menu supplemented by regular specials has served us well."

And to celebrate five successful years, the quality burger chain has added one of their favourite specials back to the menu. The Chilli, a green chilli cheeseburger with American cheese, shredded iceberg and chipotle mayonnaise, was first introduced to mark the Diamond Jubilee in 2012. Now we can eat like royalty every day.
