Eat Pig's Blood Soup With Chris Cosentino at Umamicatessen

SF-based, Incanto and Boccalone chef Chris Cosentino might not live in LA to oversee his Pigg concept inside of Umamicatessen, but he's not completely MIA from the scene. If you want to meet the Top Chef Masters winner and talk all things porcine, check out the dinner he's hosting at Umamicatessen on Wednesday, January 30. The menu is definitely for the more adventurous eaters, and we're not just talking trotters and head cheese.
