No one can accuse the pies at Pizza East of being ordinary. Take for example this veal meatball pizza - thin, ciabatta-style dough which puffs out at the crust is covered with a cream base rather than the traditional tomato and topped with juicy, chunky veal meatballs and salty bites of proscuitto. Delicious, original and not a mozzarella ball in sight.
