You'll find these rice paper wrapped prawn rolls on the dim sum menu at all the London branches of Royal China. Despite being deep fried, they are in fact not too greasy. Instead the crispy rolls - stuffed with a generous helping of minced prawn and celery - taste surprisingly light thanks to the wafer thin wrapper and toasted sesame seeds.
