Cooking School Student Guest Chefs at Evoo Tomorrow

Peter McCarthy, chef-owner of Evoo, the popular New American in Cambridge, is stepping aside tomorrow, January 30, to let Neil Segall cook up a storm. Segall is attending the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and will prepare his own menu, the dishes of which are still being figured out. The special three-course prix fixe menu will be available all evening  (5-10 PM; $42 per person, excluding tax and gratuity; 617-661-3866).
