Collaboration Dinner Series at Will, Rittenhouse Tavern, Lacroix and Fond

What do you do when the holidays are over? Create your own special events. Four of Philly’s best chefs have cooked up a monthly dinner series, with the first is set to take place at Will on Sunday, January 13. Joining Chris Kearse at his East Passyunk BYO to prepare an eight-course feast will be Nicholas Elmi (Rittenhouse Tavern), Jon Cichon (Lacroix) and Lee Styer (Fond).

All four young toques are known for having a deft touch, so expect gorgeous plates and inventive flavor combos. Seats are available for $100 per person, and reservations are being accepted via telephone (215-271-7683) or e-mail. If you can’t make it to this one, stay tuned for details on the future dinners: February will be at Rittenhouse Tavern, March at Fond and April at Lacroix.
