Claude Bosi to Revamp The Malt House Pub in Fulham

You might remember Claude Bosi from a recent Twitter spat with an amateur food critic that took on a life of its own and ended up  in one-to-many national newspapers.

Today Bosi is back in the press for all together more professional reasons. The Hibiscus chef, along with brother Cedric, plans to revamp The Malt House pub in Fulham (opening January 28) with a menu of classic Modern British pub food that includes beef short ribs in a toasted brioche bun, poached Cornish crab and rabbit liver parfait.

Sounds good? It better. Bloggers beware.
