The list of eats and drinks just keeps getting longer and longer at Figat7th. Today we get word that
City Tavern, which debuted in Culver City in 2011, will open its flagship restaurant at the new Downtown LA complex this fall. The full-service restaurant will have a similar comfort-food menu as the original, as well as hand-crafted cocktails, boutique wines and a rotating list of craft beers. The space will have a long bar, reclaimed wood walls and floors, and big booths, much like the CC location. It joins
the fast-cas spots in the Taste collection - Juicy Lucy, Indus by Saffron, Oleego by Park's BBQ and The Melt - with Loteria Grill, Mendocino Farms and a Sprinkles cupcakes still on the way.
