| Boston Chops in the South End |
Boston Chops, the urban steak bistro by chef Chris Coombs and business partner Brian Piccini, will open a little later than anticipated next month. The mill work is taking a bit longer than planned, so the debut, which was scheduled for February 5, is being pushed back to mid-February. The 180-seater bistro will be located at 1375 Washington St. in the South End. Coombs also owns and operates
Deuxave in the Back Bay and
dbar in Dorchester.
