Bobby's Burger Palace Slated to Open in Burlington on January 27

Bobby’s Burger Palace, Bobby Flay’s fast-casual concept, is opening in the Burlington Mall come January 27. The location, near the Legal Sea Foods, is the first in Massachusetts and the thirteenth among the chain.

The menu offers 10 signature burgers, such as the Dallas Burger (spice-crusted, coleslaw, Monterey Jack, BBQ sauce, pickles), inspired by Flay’s travels. Prices range from $6.75 to $7.75, and any burger can be "crunchified," aka have potato chips added to it. The menu also includes salads and other sandwiches like griddled cheese. No beer or wine at this locale.

Bobby’s Burger Palace in Burlington will be open Monday through Thursday 11 AM-10 PM; Friday and Saturday 11 AM-11 PM and Sunday 11 AM-9 PM.
