Best Thing We Ate This Weekend: Flour's Sticky Sticky Buns

In honor of the fourth Flour Bakery + CafĂ© opening in the Back Bay, we couldn’t help ourselves. We ate a Sticky Sticky Bun at the opening. And then we had another. And…another (bite at least, not a whole one!). These brioche rolls drenched in a gooey pecan caramel arguably rank among the best anywhere on the North American continent (full disclosure, we haven't tasted every sticky bun in North America - we can dream). But we can tell you that owner Joanne Chang won the sticky bun bake-off with these babies in the Food Network’s Throwdown with Bobby Flay in 2007. That’s somethin’.
