Award-winning chef Vivek Singh's third restaurant, Cinnamon Soho, is where you'll find traditional Indian flavours combined with classic British dishes. For example, the Bengali scotch egg is made with a spiced vegetable cake (instead of sausage meat casing) that is fried and coated on top of a boiled egg. Eat it with ketchup and mustard as you would a traditional scotch egg or for an extra kick, add a little mango chutney.
