The just-like-your-Italian-mama-used-to-make-them pork and fennel meatballs at
Da Polpo were as homely and comforting as we hoped for on a grim mid-winter evening. Drenched in homemade tomato sauce, they are meaty and juicy but not heavy, in fact these bite-sized balls are so light, you could almost call them fluffy.
