Alla Spina Hosts La Calaca Feliz for Industry Night

North Broad’s Alla Spina already plays around with Italian cuisine on its irreverent menu (Amis’ Brad Spence described it to us as “Italian-influenced"), but on Monday the food is getting even wackier. For the February installment of the Vetri Family Industry Night, the birreria will host La Calaca Feliz for a Mex-Italian extravaganza.

Tim Spinner, Brian Sirhal, Lucio Palazzo and others from the Fairmount cantina will join Alla Spina’s Mike Deganis and Steve Wildy to put out a spread including fusion bites like ceviche tacos, cabasa tortas and Italian nachos. Starting at 10 PM, the food is free for anyone with a restaurant biz pay stub, and you can also expect plenty of drink deals to spark up the night (215-600-0017).
