The Farm & Fisherman to Offer Winter Butchering Classes

If you're still looking for a holiday gift, Wash West BYO The Farm & Fisherman has a solution for the carnivores on your list. Starting January 27 and continuing once a month through March, chef Josh Lawler will be teaching classes on how to break down and prepare whole animals. Each session will include a seminar, live demo and five-course meal featuring the protein of the day (whole pig, venison and goat are options). Make reservations by e-mailing judy@thefarmandfisherman.com, and since it's capped at 15 students each class, we'd recommend making them now (1 PM; $125-$140 per class; January 27, February 24 and March 24).
