We were skeptical at first, because the drink is made with roasted peanut-infused bourbon, honey syrup and aromatic bitters, which sounds like it could be way too sweet for our tastes, but it’s actually not particularly sweet at all. Subtle notes of honey and citrus make it go down easy, but the taste is primarily nutty – and boozy. Let’s just say Don Draper (or his 1920s criminal equivalent) would approve.
The best part of all? It’s only $12. For a drink designed by the team at Death & Co., that’s a steal.
