Yep, it's true that New York had a slew of interesting Asian options open this year (see
Pok Pok NY and
Mission Chinese), some awesome imports from Portland (Andy Ricker and Matthew Lightner) and a resurgence of Scandinavian food (
Aska,
Acme). You can see many of those trends on display on our
