The menu would include a selection of prime cuts like porterhouse, NY strip and filet mignon, as well as steak tartar. Though a mobile kitchen might not seem the best place to cook up fancy meals, Kim is already an expert at making the tiny truck work beyond its call of duty: he has recently offered elegant specials like sautéed mussels and fancy sfogliatelle pastries.
According to the meat master, The Steak Truck is just one of several projects he has in the works for 2013. “Gonna shake the foodie universe,” he recently tweeted. Stay tuned.
