Looking back at 2012, we’re confident Philadelphia is now at the forefront of the national food scene - a lot of the rising trends in other cities have been part of our swagger for years. Third-wave coffee? Fried chicken and donuts? Rooftop to table? Been there, done that (and still doing it). Let’s not even talk about cities embracing the “new” craft beer movement.
