Guarnaschelli Prepares for her First Battle as Iron Chef

It was nice to see some girl power in the final showdown of The Next Iron Chef: Redemption as Alex Guarnaschelli bested Amanda Freitag for the title. Now Guarnaschelli, of New York’s Butter and The Darby, will step up to battle Judy Joo in kitchen stadium. It should be an interesting match, as Joo is not only an Iron Chef UK, but she was also a Next Iron Chef judge.
