Dish of the Day: Beef & Pork Siberian Pelmeni at Bob Bob Ricard

Pelmeni are essentially dough balls stuffed with meat -  a cross between a Russian dumpling and ravioli. The classy comfort food can be found on the menu at Soho's Bob Bob Ricard along with a handful of other Russian dishes. These delicious winter warmers are served with vinegar and sour cream but you can also eat them plain for the full meaty flavour.
