Best Thing We Ate This Weekend: Turkey Ballotine at The Orange

Christmas came early at The Orange thanks to this classic turkey ballotine. The deliciously moist free range turkey at the cosy Pimlico gastropub is wrapped around pork, cranberry and fig stuffing and drizzled with bread sauce. And it wouldn't be Christmas without some bacon wrapped chipolatas which are served on the side along with tenderstem broccoli and cider braised red cabbage.
