Maialino
If you're stuck in the city for Christmas - fear not. Santa will still find you, and you can still have some great meals (and drinks) around town. We've rounded up seven spots that you can hit for Christmas Day or Christmas Eve - check out the list below for our picks, and if you need more help with your holiday dining plans, be sure to visit this list.

Barraca: Chef Jesús Núñez is bringing in the Iberico pig for his Christmas feast and preparing a special platter that includes items like blood sausage and pork shoulder. Sides will be available for $5, and the feast is $85 and feeds two people. The menu will be available from Sunday, December 23 to December 30 (212-462-0080).

Maialino: If you really want to splurge on Christmas Day, Danny Meyer's Roman eatery in the Gramercy Hotel will be serving their white truffle pasta tasting menu, which is available in the dining room and is $240. The regular menu will also be served (212-777-2410).

Left Bank: This West Village joint will be serving up a traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve, which will feature plates of cuttlefish and braised octopus. Service starts at 6 PM, and the menu is $60 (212-727-1170).

The Little Owl: Joe Campanaro's West Villager will be serving its normal menu on Christmas Day (gravy meatball sliders and pork chops, drool) along with holiday specials like Cornish hen. Dinner will be served from 5 to 11 PM (212-741-4695).

Maison Premiere: If you want to booze it up on Christmas in the 'Burg, the place to be is at this spirits den, which will be open until 4 AM and serve oysters until 2. If you want something heartier, a special six-course menu will be offered on Christmas Eve from 4 to 11 PM for $95 (347-335-0446).

BLT Steak: This Midtown steakhouse is serving specials on Christmas including pan-seared Nantucket bay scallops, kabocha squash gnocchi and Tuscan kale and a bûche de Noël dessert. Their regular chops are also available (212-752-7470).

La Bottega: The Maritime Hotel's restaurant will serve its annual Feast of the Seven Fishes starting on December 24, but if you can't make it for Christmas Eve, the seven-course offering will be served through New Year's Day for $75. Expect dishes like linguine and lobster and stuffed clams (212-243-8400).
