It’s dat time again, as in Dine About Town (aka DAT) time, now that the city’s twice-annual restaurant promotion has just announced its winter dates (January 15-31) and the participating eateries have opened up their reservation books (or apps). More than 100 of San Francisco’s top restaurants are participating in the weeklong event, offering two or three-course lunch menus for $18.95 and/or three-course dinner menus for $36.95.
