French Laundry chef de cuisine Timothy Hollingsworth is leaving his post at Thomas Keller's famed Yountville eatery come spring 2013, a gig he has maintained for over a decade. Per Se sous chef David Breeden will take his place who will work with Hollingworth from now until spring to ensure a smooth transition. [
