This Friday, November 2, The Reserve, the handsome luxury lounge in the Financial District's Langham Boston opens to guests and the public.
In the beginning weeks, it will be open for continental breakfast and lunch only, going into dinner service later in November and starting traditional tea service in December. The lunch menu includes paninis, soups, salads and small bites of American fare. The bar serves champagne, and beer and wine only. Executive chef Mark Sapienza, who oversees Bond and Café Fleuri, the two other ining venues in the Langham Boston, will also oversee The Reserve.
The $6 million renovation to the hotel’s 6,000-square-foot lobby reveals a dramatic new entrance, and a lounge area with purple and gold custom-made leather banquets, high-back chairs, dark-wood dining and conversation tables that seat 60 and a white Italian marble floor.
The chic setting will be a place for all-day dining, from continental breakfast, lunch and a dinner of light entrees and desserts.
