Oh noes!!! Hostess Brands, the bankrupt maker of Twinkies, Ho-Hos and Sno Balls, has been facing rumors of liquidation over the last few days as the result of an ongoing labor dispute. Well today, the company announced its plans to liquidate officially, meaning it will shut down 33 bakeries, 565 distribution centers and lay off most of its 18,500 employees. So is this the end of the line for the beloved junk food treats like Twinkies? Most likely not, it's extremely likely that a new owner will swoop the old products up once Hostess begins an auction of its brands and assets. [
