The 2012 Trends: Pie Pops, Scotch Eggs, Edible Dirt and More

Back in February The Huffington Post made some predictions for 2012 food trends. With the end of the year approaching we took a look back to see how accurate they were.

They were certainly right about Taste of Peru, Baguettes-on-the-Go, I-Takeaways, molecular cooking and gourmet scotch eggs.
