Yes, folks, this is spaghetti ice cream, a new dessert specialty served at
Currywurst on Fairfax. No, it is not actually spaghetti. It's vanilla ice cream that's pushed through a special tool to look like long strands of pasta, and then topped with strawberry sauce and shredded white chocolate and nuts to look like tomato sauce and cheese (and meat?), we guess. It just looks...kooky. Happy weekend!
