Goodness those birds look amazing. This is one of the first images of Casey Lane's new rotisserie grill that he recently installed at
The Parish downtown. The chef used it for a whole porchetta not too long ago, but now he's making regular use of it for rotisserie chicken, which is now a nightly special. For $75, you get a whole chicken, country-style ratatouille, and a growler (half-gallon jug) of Black Market Contraband beer. It serves two, though you can get a half-chicken, too ($26). Hi, Friday night dinner.
