The Lincoln Square Business Improvement District plays host to the the 13th annual Winter's Eve at Lincoln Square, which will feature holiday songs, a tree lighting and bites from area restaurants through 9 PM.

Drop by Aquavit today the restaurant is celebrating its 25th Anniversary with a special $125 tasting menu (available for the rest of November) that will include seven courses like cod and cauliflower.

If you haven't had your share of truffles yet, check out the dinner tonight at Aureole, which will feature a special four-course menu that's slathered in white truffles. The menu will be paired with Piemontese wines - the meal is $95 per person and the wine parings are $60.

Meet our very own Tim Zagat in person today at Lee's Art Shop, where he'll be signing copies of our 2013 New York City Restaurants guide. The event runs from 2 - 4PM and the store is at 220 West 57th.

Hit up the tap room at Colicchio and Sons and order a pint of Shift Drink a special new beer that was brewed exclusively for the Chelsea restaurant by the Empire Brewing Season. Pair that with one of the pizzas coming out of the oven that sits in the front-of-the-house and you'll be golden.

Time to get some culture in (and of course go to the restaurant afterwards). The American Museum of Natural History just launched an exhibit dubbed Our Global Kitchen, which will focus on ingredients that had an effect on humanity.
