Jardinière Star-Studded Alumni Anniversary Benefit Dinner On Nov 12

Like Chez Panisse, The French Laundry, Manresa, Boulevard, Rubicon and Stars, Traci Des Jardins pre-symphony Hayes Valley juggernaut Jardinière has spawned an impressive family tree of culinary talent. And Des Jardins is welcoming back some of her brightest alumni on November 12 to help cook a special 15-year anniversary benefit dinner to raise money for Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign. It’s actually going to be a two-part event beginning with a cocktail party featuring alumni sous chefs, followed by a sit-down dinner prepared by her star powered alumni chefs. Guests can purchase tickets to just the cocktail party or both. (Answers to the chef quiz after the jump.)

The roster for the Alumni Sous Chef Cocktail Party includes Peter Armellino (Plumed Horse), Elizabeth Binder (Bar Bambino and Top Chef), Michael Hung (La Folie), Deepak Kaul (Serpentine), Dylan Montano (Mijita) and Phil Wang (French Blue). Tickets are $150 and the party runs from 5:30-7 PM.

Top toques collaborating on the Jardinière Alumni Dinner will be Traci Des Jardins, Morgan Mueller (Jardinière), Richard Reddington (Redd), Paul Lemieux (Auberge du Soleil), Craig Patzer (Google) and Robbie Lewis (Oracle). Tickets for the alumni dinner, which includes entry to the cocktail party, are $500. Proceeds go the SOS and tickets can be purchased online. Like other recent alumni dinners, you this one is sure to sell out.
